Medicare Advantage
Part C
Medicare Advantage Plans, are plans that include your Part A (hospital coverage), Part B (medical coverage) and some may include Part D (drug coverage). These are an alternative to Original Medicare that are offered by private companies approved by Medicare. These inclusive plans may cover additional benefits that you do not receive with original Medicare such as a Vision benefits, Dental benefits, Gym Membership and more.
Medicare Supplement Plans
Medicare Supplement Plans or sometimes called Medigap plans are plans that help fill "gaps" in original Medicare. These plans are sold by private companies. A Medigap plan can help pay for some of your costs with your original Medicare. Plans can assist with covering some copayments, coinsurance & deductibles.
Prescription Drug Plans
Medicare Part D plans or Prescription Drug Plans (PDP plans) are plans that offer coverage for Prescription drugs or RX coverage. Part D or prescription drug plans can vary based on the cost, list of covered drugs, copays and deductibles.

Individual health insurance or family health insurance plans are plans offered by private insurance companies that help pay for Medical, surgical and prescription cost. These plans can vary based on cost, deductibles, copayments and coinsurance. Some people may qualify for assistance with the cost by applying for tax credits. These plans can be offered through the state or federal marketplace depending on where you live or from companies directly.
